In the analytics page there are 4 reports to allow you to gain insights into your business:
- Orders Report
- User Engagement Report
- Product Report
- Locations Report
We summarise them here:
Orders Report
Shows a list of orders attributed to the app over the last 30 days.
The "Attribution level" of an order tells you why the order was attributed to the app, as an "omnichannel sale". You can see a detailed explanation of order attribution levels here.
User Engagement Report
Shows a list of your staff members, ordered by engagement i.e. the user who generated the most leads is at the top.
This report is extremely useful for the following 2 reasons:
- You can motivate staff by giving bonus for the most leads generated in the month
- You can optimising in-store lead generation strategy by looking at how top performing staff are approaching customers and training lower performing members of staff to apply similar techniques
Product Performance Report
Shows a list of products, ordered by the most requested.
The Product Performance report will not be available immediately and will show only when there is enough data available for it to be useful.
Location Performance Report
The Location Performance report will not be available immediately and will show only when there is enough data available for it to be useful.
Refresh Rate
The analytics page updates it's data automatically every hour.
