When you load the Omnified app, if you have completed the Getting Started Steps, then you will be presented with your dashboard.
You can visit the dashboard at any time by clicking the Omnified logo in the top left of the screen.
The dashboard give you 6 key metrics regarding your "Omnichannel Performance" over the last 30 days.
The metrics are as follows:
Total leads generated
This is the total number of leads generated over the last 30 days. A lead is said to be generated every time a member of staff clicks the "Send Product Info" button in the Omnified POS app.
Total sales generated
This is the total amount of sales generated by the app over the last 30 days. To see how we attribute sales to the app, please see this article.
Total orders generated
This is the total number of orders generated by the app over the last 30 days. To see how we attribute orders to the app, please see this article.
New contacts generated
This is the total number of new contacts generated by the app over the last 30 days.
New paying customers
This is the total number of new paying customers generated by the app over the last 30 days. Note that a contact is just a contact, whereas a paying customer has made a purchase.
Avg time to purchase
This is the average time to purchase of a customer, i.e. the number of days from when they were initially sent the product information to when they placed the order.
This metric is particularly useful in setting the time delay on the automated followup email.
Please note that this metric is slightly different to the other metrics in that it is not a 30 day metric, but the avg time to purchase using all time data.
